Qualified in 1979 from St. Mary’s Hospital,
London. Gained experience in a number of
London Hospitals before moving to Warwick Hospital, and then to The Queen
Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, developing specialist knowledge and researching
laser therapy. Entered private practice
in 1983. Interests now include
industrial injuries and treatment of backs, necks and sports injuries, with a
particular interest in Athletics. Sue uses acupuncture for pain
management. Sue sits on the professional
body and in 2012 was awarded their Distinguished Service Award for her
long-standing commitment to physiotherapy.
CLAIRE NIBLETT Grad Dip Phys MCSP
Qualified in 1988 from Guy's Hospital, London. Worked in a number of specialist hospitals in the Midlands before entering the private sector in 1994. Her particular interests include chest problems, chronic spinal problems, sports injuries and she is actively involved with hockey and tennis teams. Claire uses acupuncture and teaches deep sports massage.
CHARLOTTE JONES MCSP MAACP
Qualified at Sheffield in 1988. Gained a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal conditions at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford. Lectured for a number of years in Anatomy and Physiology and Sports Injuries. Charlotte’s passion lies in working with muscle imbalance issues, which can affect work, sport oreveryday life. She particularly enjoys screening sporty children and young adults, providing advice and personalised exercise programmes to help improve performance and also injury prevention. Charlotte also uses acupuncture.
CHARLOTTE ARNOLD Grad Dip Phys MCSP
Qualified
1971 from Guy’s Hospital, London. Worked
at Charing Cross Hospital, London, across a variety of disciplines before
moving into a private Sports clinic dealing with international and professional
sports personnel including boxing and cricket.
In 1977 moved to Australia and gained a range of experiences in
Sydney. In 1978 returned to London and
specialised in dance, in particular Ballet (Royal Ballet School, Royal Academy
of Dance and the Rambert and Central Ballet Schools). Worked with the RSC at that time; and with
the production of Cats. Worked in my own
clinic in Stratford upon Avon between 1985 and 2003, specialising in
performance injuries, before returning to the NHS and achieving a Masters in
Injection Therapy. In 2016 returned to
private practice.
HELEN BATTERSBY BSc (Hons) MCSP MAACP
Graduated from Coventry University in 2008. Helen worked at a major NHS hospital across a variety of physiotherapy disciplines. She continued to develop her physiotherapy skills in a private practice in Berkshire. As well as being trained in the latest techniques Helen is also fully qualified in acupuncture and is registered with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. She also teaches Pilates and has an interest in postural correction and education.
